Hi there !
Well.. for my whole life my weight has gone up and down. But now at 20 I have decided that I never want to look back and regret not loving my body in my 20s.
Since now is the time to appreciate it the most !
This blog is to track and keep me motivated bascally. !
Since i started my journey I have lost about 11-12 kilos and now i really just want to tone up and get really tight.
Which to be honest seems to be the hard part !
In the end I am sick of having an "average" body , I want a tiny and toned up body, especially since I am 5.2 !
